Bank Of America
Included chapter 13 creditor reporting bad credit from date of filing thru 09

Business & Finance

I filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2003. Bank of America was included as one of my creditors. I just received a copy of my credit report.

Bank of America has been sending bad credit reports since the bankruptcy was filed in 2003 and as recently as 09. They have been receiving payments from the bankruptcy chapter 13 I filed.

Is it allowable for them to continue to report bad credit as they were included in my chapter 13 bankruptcy? The credit agencies have made corrections.

I just wonder if this could be considered contempt of court? I am wondering if they are following the courts guidelines?
