Lied and ripoed Car after I was essured it was not going to happen

Lobel Financial agent called me Saturday morning at about 10:00am and said the because I was late in my payments and 1 missed payment that they would Repo my car if I did not send the payment before 12:00 P.M. The agent called everyone on the list they had before calling my 2 numbers I had on file. Even if I was to make the payment they still would have done it anyways.

After getting upset and hanging up, the Supervisor Maria" calls me back and said that she heard I was upset. I told here, yes, I was because your agent told me what was going to happen. Maria assured me that there was nothing in the system and there was no problem with account but to make the payment on Friday 17th for $660.00. She then went on and told me that she does not know why the other agent would say such a thing.

So after she told me this I thought everything was okay. Early morning on Sunday at 12:30 A.M. And Repo man from Banker's Choice shows up and says he is taken the car. I asked the Repo man how authorized this, as I was assured it was not going to happen. The Ripo man told me Maria" authorized this and it's on the report but he would not give me a copy.

On Monday the next work day I called to get answers from Maria. I got the run around and bad customer service. Maria was unable to be reached when I tried to get answers they passed me on to the Repo department. They denied everything they said and went on to cover up.

This company has lied and used unfair trading practices and there should be a Class action Suit started. I have read the reports on this company and there is fare to much to be past up. There rates for recovery is Extremely High which is more then the value of the car. The company they use "Bankers Choice for repos" tows the car wrong which case the car to have aliment problems and transmission which will happen down the line. I may have missed a payment but to be lied to and tricked not to make a payment so they could collect more money is unfair. If I would have know I would scrambled to make that payment.
