Rude representatives with no record of payment arrangements

In June our loan was sold to Fairbanks from Nations Credit. Since then we have received rude phone calls from their customer service representatives. They also never record when we call them and make arrangements or send payments.
These representatives have no records of our phone calls. They ask us to repeat things several times, and when we ask to speak with a supervisor, they hang up on us. When we call back, they say we got disconnected and they have no record of speaking with us 10 minutes before.
They are threatening to take our house because of their record keeping. We have repeatedly tried to make arrangements with them, and when we keep our part of the agreement, the payment keeps getting higher instead of going down.
