They work the legal system on people who are in need DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Just like everyone else here I took a loan from Cashcall to pay off some debts and try to get back on track but it just sent me backwards. We all have a responsibility of reading the fine print but even in doing that the information is so misleading. I berly found out how much I had to pay back like 4 payments into the loan. They love to call you all day when you are 1 day behind in your payment and harass you with Bull* like saying they are going to dock your wages or hit you with a lawsuit for the remaining balance you owe but since I am late on my payment every month (done on purpose) they want to call my phone with an 866 number, restricted, or a 702 number and expect me to drop everything and go pay the payment. I was out of work due to an injury and I was waiting for a check from the state which takes about a month to recieve and they didn't want to work anything out for a payment to be recieved. All their collections teams and what I call telemarketers would all repeat to me would be "Go barrow the money from a family member" or "You know if this was a car payment or house payment that you would have paid it already." I know most of you have heard it because i've already heard it from like 7 different representives. Companys like this give you a little sheet to read off and thats what I believe they do. Currently I am on a 42 month contract with Cashcall and as of today it is my 36th month of paying this company. They show the upmost disrespect towards my family and I for the actions they take. Im almost done paying them off but they dont want to give me any info about my payoff balance. Please please settle this scam down before more people are targeted by this ripoff
