Ripoff rude and nasty on the phone threatens to get their money call 6-8 times a day on my home pnone and the jo

I received a loan from Cashcall to to take care of some bills. Turns out they have charged me for the loan and the monies that are coming out of my bank account are not being applied to the account but going in thier pockets. I recieved $2500 and the actual loan amount i will have paid when i pay it is almost $10,000. Currently i have been cut on hours at my job and i have only missed one payment. They have called my job, my home and harrassed me about the one payment that is behind. They talked very rude and threaten to take involuntary actions against me if they did not receive a payment. Several people have called with different names. When you call back they tell you that person does not work there. I asked if i could send a little bit at the time to pay my payments until i can get on my feet and they replied no they had to have the monthly payment or I will have to pay the payoff balance or actions will be taken against me.
