Collection Letters for Credit Card Debt That Is Not Mine

Midland Credit Management, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Encore Capital Group), also known as Midland Funding LLC, keeps contacting me about a credit card debt from which is not mine.

In April Midland even referred my account to their attorneys Harris & Zide. When I requested proof that I owe this debt, via certified mail, Harris & Zide did not respond.

I also had to dispute the entries to my credit report, which I won, but now MCM is starting to send me collection letters and I fear that I'll have to repeat my fight, probably forever, until I can find a way to have them remove my information from their computer system.
