Harassed on my cell phone for people not at my number & I do not know!

For at least the last two months now, I've been getting called by this company on my private cell phone number that I have had for at least 5 years now for person I've never known or met. I let the first couple times slide by, nicely explaining that I don't know him and to please correct the problem (which it usually is), as I've gotten other wrong number calls from other creditors for this person as well over the last year. But this company refuses to leave me alone and I'm truly feeling harassed now.

They have been constantly calling me now for the last two weeks.in the last week alone, between January 15th and this morning, January 23, I have received at least 14 calls from this company by their two different numbers: 1-800-395-8289 and 1-866-580-0274. I have told them to stop calling, that I honestly do not know this man each time they call, and if they're not completely rude and obnoxious I'm told the calls will stop, but every day they continue on.

I have had to change my cell phone settings not to ring for outside, non-registered numbers within my phone and go straight to voice mail because I keep graveyard shift hours and I'm constantly being woken up with their calls. I'm so frustrated and tired of being woken up over this stupid nonsense that I'm ready to just change cell phone numbers with my provider if it gets this company to leave me alone. I have told them I'm filing complaints now with the FTC and that still does not stop them. Any suggestions as to what else I can do to stop this instead of having to change numbers and cell phone settings?
