Discussed another customer's confidential financial information

Phone was sent to supervisor where I had been ready to around notice discussion with another customer discussing that clientis private info!

Named back and also the next phone was sent to a different client!!! Informed the client to not inform me-any info since I had been no employee of FIA Card Providers!

Named back a 3rd period and needed to inform the supervisor to check on their phone record to discover what occurred with my earlier phone to allow the consultant realize that these were not putting customers on-hold but allowing them to pay attention to private details about different clients!!!
