Ripoff deceptive company

Received call and representative said credit card was a straight cash credit card and didn't have to purchase from a catalog to use. Once package received found out differently and was misrepresented. Submitted for refund due to fraud.

I had to send full package back and now I am waiting to receive my refund. It only took them one day to take $199 from my account and now I want to see how long I am going to have to wait for my return. I will not sit on this.

I have a family I have to support and companies like this make it bad for the companies that are actually good because now I don't know who to trust and so I don't accept any calls or mail that deals with this type of issue.
