Ripoff artists without a doubt that are kept in business by innocent consumers looking for good credit

I received an interesting yellow card in the mail approving me for $4,000.00 credit limit. So I called the toll free number and spoke to Travis Tucker (866) 411-1092. He approved me for $4,000.00. He also mentioned a slight payment of $199.95 automatically taken out of my bank account without any inconvenience.

The payment was taken out of my account. I have not received my package. I found out from other reports that I am not going to receive what I was promised. I was told I would receive two credit cards...$2,000.00 each at a low 6% interest rate. Come to find out that I am going to receive a package that includes a catalog and possibly two purchase cards.

I called them back twice. I last spoke to Heidi. She said I would need to receive my package and open it.inside I would find a refund policy. I would have to qualify for a refund. The only way I can get a refund is if I was misrepresented. They have to review the conversation that was recorded and then let me know if I am entitled to my money back. I want my money back!!!

Now I have to wait for the package to arrive... Sometime in October and then go through their process of reviewing the recorded conversation and letting me know if I qualify for a refund of my own money. I smell lawsuit for misrepresentation.

If I get any money back, I'll let you guys know. Maybe someone else out there can do the same.
