Service company for barclay & deutsche banks would rather take your house than give you a break on you loan

I have a mort loan with deutsche bank. Was barclays. Who are in london. Keep in mind i'm no genius, but i believe my money over there is worth more than here. So, i am on the verge of foreclosure, & just like everyone else here, they give me no help. There idea is just add it to the future payments. They claim they just service this loan, that they cannot refi it. They have not a clue on how bad the market is. Their customer service is as dumb as a bag of rocks. Collections is just as bad. Lost lidigation would rather take your house than work with you. They promised to put someone on my case back in nov, well after 30 calls here it is jan, still no help. Their answer is to short sale. I did put my home up for sale to get out of this headache. They are the worst company to work with or get call from. Just remember, the media says call your mort company they'll help. Bull s—t. Someones a liar. Maybe the media or the bbb should look into these so called servicing companys, especially when they service loans that are transferred out of the us...
