Fairbanks Capital Corp Loan Servicing Center ripoff NO HELP, FORCLOSURE, SHERIFF SALE 10/4/02

We have dealt with Fairbanks since our orig co Superior Mort transferred the serv to Fairbanks. We honestly have fallen behind on our pmts several times and were able to get caught up, but this last time we fell behind we were not able to get caught up and after being treated like i was an inch tall from some of the collectors at Fairbanks, i really didnt feel like paying them a dime.

They have laughed at me, would not listen to the situation we were in, wouldnt work out any type of arrg, just kept saying they would forclose if no money (the amount they set) was sent. Finally we recd the Forclosure papers from out county sheriff, I once again tried to talk with this company, Jason, Jeremy, oh by the way, I do have all names and notes as to when i have tt them. I tried to get payoff amounts so i could try to refinance or poss sell the home, no payoff amount would be given and the approx figure they would give me was thousands over the amount we owe, do to this fee and that fee. Fairbanks is good at adding fee's. They even sent a video tape in the mail after we recd the forclosure papers, on how to save your home.

Our house is to be auctioned tomorrow, 10/4/02, I am planning on being there. I am told that the co will probably bid the amount owed, which is way more the the house is worth and no one else will bid. Then we will be stuck with a higher amount to payoff in our redemption time. Of course gives me more time to get more info for my atty. So if any can give me any more infor or lawsuit info, please do. This co does need to be stopped. They may be a big Company, but that is no reason to treat customers the way they do. I just wonder if any of them have their personel mort loans serv thru their own co and if they are treated any better???.

I have alot more to say, but thought I better stop, I am still trying to get my Sheriff Sale Stopped b4 tomorrow. Without being ripped off even more...
