Lied would recieve a $ 4,000 Platinum visa Scam fraudulent ripoff business

I signed up for a Platinum Visa with a $ 4,000 credit limit. The sales rep. (Teunbra Varnen) stated that the rate would be 0% until 2003 and 6% afterward with no annual fee. I gave them a check and electronic routing number for them to deduct $199.95 from my checking account on September 6.

American Credit Solutions took the money amount from my account and I recieved in the mail on September 28 a packet containing a catalog to order from with their own fake type sliver American Credit Platinum card only to order from their own catalog.

This was not a Platinum Visa as I was promissed. They also sent a cupon for 100 rolls of film and a free camera. This was a scam too. The film is only free if you deal direct with a national Kodak Colorwatch Lab, having your film developed through them via mail. I called the company for a refund as it was explained to me, If I was not completely satisfied I can get a 30 day money back guarantee refund, the rep told me they would have to listen to a POOL TAPE LIST to see I qualified for a refund, I restated that no matter what if I was not happy that I could get a refund as long as it was within 30 days, she said they have to listen to the tape.

Here is the catch today, the day I'm filing this report, is September 30, they told me to call back in 5 to 7 days about the tape, In 5 business days the 30 money back guarantee expires because they withdrew from my account on September 6 5 business days from today is October 7.

The only thing I can do at this point is file a electronic fund complaint form at my bank, they said they will investigate, there is a chance that I can get my money back but my guess is that it is a slim chance. Hope this complaint letter helps.
