What a rip off Virginia virginia

My husband and i purchased our home in 2004. Now three years later we have out that our remining balance has only came down 2,000. We purchased our home for 76000 and still owe 74000. Our payments were always on time up until my husband was hurt at work and was out for 6 months. We called vanderbilt to see about a deferral and it was accepted over the phone. One month later a gentleman came to our house to let us know he was looking at the proprty for foreclosure purposes. We spoke with vanderbilt about the payment being defered for a month and they had no records of this.

They told us we had to come up with the money or get out. They are very rude and care nothing of anyones misfortune. Now if our payments are not recieved on the 1st we get calls everyday. Not to mention the money we are just giving them and it not affecting our principal balance. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself for letting his compnay be ran this way. If anyone is considering vanderbilt please don't they are a rip off.
