Ripoff thievs

I had a business account with Wachovia. I left approximately $200.00 dollars in the account for about a year with no activity on the account. Not only has Wachovia take all my money in fees but the fees have ran the account in areas and Wachovia has referred the account to a collection agency for $55.00. It is unfogivable that a bank can chip away at your money but down right insulting that they can ruin your credit rating while lining their already fat pockets. I will gladdly join a class action law suit againt these guys.
