No grant I got scamed

My wife called and applied for the govenment grant. She recived the packet on 25 May. We submitted the packet and 2 weeks later they deducted $359.00 from our account and gave as the new point of contact. I spoke to many people who were unfrindly and would not let me speak to a supervisor. The company kept telling us first 2 weeks, then 8 to 12 weeks, then they were back loged and give 2 more weeks and then we continuted to call back we recived answering machince and was on hold for hours before being cut off.

After numorus call backs they had a new number a man saying he was hired to read a disclamer, that the company was no longer able to provied us the grant.instead they offered us more information on how to get other grants and a 6 night stay in Cancun, Mexico and 5 night stay in Orlando, Fl. For a small surcharge. Or decline and recive nothing.

After 8 months of calls they said we will not get a refund.
