Rude phone calls, lost payments, false reporting to credit bureau!

I would like to start by saying I have had this loan since 09, I have not had a late payment but has been reported as having late payment. I have had them fax me payment history and it shows that my June 07 payment is in defferment but is reported to the credit bueau as late 30 days.

I have asked them to correct the problem but they just give a number that refers you to dispute the info with the credit buearu; inwhich I have but the confirm this with the Drive and they report that the 30 days late is correct. I also have been a victim of unauthorized payments one time out of my childs savings account which I specifically asked for it to come out of my checking so I then got an overdraft charge and they promised to reimburse the charge (a supposed supervisor) they said it was to be refunded in 3 business days, I then called 7 days later and they stated that the department that handles that decided that they weren't going refund me my overdraft fee. With that same payment they said they were taking $690 out of my account but they took $701 which I had only moved the amount stated that was going to be taken out to that specific accont.

I have yet to find out what there interest rates are for being a few days late or speak to someone that I can understand. I have been hung up on and yelled at for payment that was already paid. I'm willing to submit any evidence needed in a class action law suit.
