Rip off!

I've been a target of the HSBC debt cancellation plan. Couple of months after buying my Yamaha bicycle via a dealer I had been likely to pay-off my stability and realized that I had been been billed a debt cancellation charge each month. I'm really sure I never closed any document for such plan. The client support broker explained that I had been enrolled into the program on a single evening I requested fund with a telemarketing phone also it might occupy to 6 months in order for them to deliver me the evidence. Within the mean-time easily do not spend your debt cancellation charge then I'd be billed interest on that. Our promotional supply may result in couple of days. I'm unsure how and where I will spot a criticism regarding this fraud!
