Charged hidden fees and charged for cash withdrawels

This company used hidden fees to over limit the account from the time it was activated, and uses other trumped up charges to overstate the billing. Original amount that was used actually was $38 in store charges, but was billed for more than $300 in hidden fees and would never send the requested billing proof that cash withdrawels were made.

When first contacted to get the card they would not leave me alone until I got the card, they put pressure on me to get the card, and finally gave in to their pressure. I am disabled mentally and my husband is writing this report in my behalf and is trying to get a class action complaint against Aspire Visa in Pennsylvania. If anyone can please help I would be greatful.

This is very damageing to my credit since my husband is my payee on my social Security I have no knowledge in credit problems. I am Herbert and take care of her affairs but when people call (Telemarketers) and speak to her about offers and then convince her to get credit without concideration of her condition being mentally unable to conduct any business. She can not understand the hidden fees and should not be held responsable for pressure salesman giving her a credit card.
