False advertising, says no hidden fees, yet there are hidden fees

I switched from metro pcs to boost mobile because they advertise $50 TOTAL monthly bill, no hidden fees, all taxes and fees included in the $50. Month one and two, they charged $3 or $4 extra for taxes. I spoke to a mngr who said if you pay credit card, there are no taxes or extra fees. I said right, I pay by credit card, so he gave me $7 credit. This month, they charged the taxes again. On their website, they show a graph, comparing them to other companies and it clearly states NO HIDDEN FEES, ALL TAXES AND FEES INCLUDED. Here is link to their webpage SHOWING the comparison graph.
