Yes, back in March of this year I took out a loan at ace cash express. I tried to pay the loan off in two weeks but couldent afford to. I payed there high rate and extended the loan. I extended the loan 3 different times paying ace almost half of my loan in intrest charges. At this time I got ill and was missing alot of work due to a tumer in my leg.

Not having much money I couldent pay ace another fee becuase I was missing to much work. Ace deposited my check and the funds werent there. I called to see if ace would let me pay the amount back in small payments. They said I could do it in two but had to pay half the off on my first payment. Well due to the economy I was laid off work and couldent make the payments.

Ace turned my loan over to a check collecter who was very evil and had nothing to say but get a bonds man to get you out of jail. The collection agency told me I was a criminal and I commited check fraud. I told them I would send what I could every week. The ladie on the phone responed with sir you better retain a lawyer becuase the police are going to show up at your door and take you down town. She said they would charge me with collateral fraud. I was a criminal and would go to jail.

I sent her some money and she said that wasnt good enough. She said if I didnt have the money in within a week she would turn it in to the police. What do I do can they do that over a loan?
