Ace Cash Express
Ripoff threatened me, telling me I need a lawye

Back in May I took out a loan at the forsaken Ace Cash Express. I wasnt able to pay it off and I was contacted today by phone at work saying that I needed to pay it off by 2pm today or I needed a lawyer and asked me if I was going to be at work all day. I explain my situation to them and said I could pay it off in payments. He said No! Then said if I paid it off today I could reapply for ANOTHER loan??? What gives! Am I going to be arrested? They can take me to court, I dont have the money to pay them off at once! If I did I would have never gotten it in the first place! I live in Texas, does anyone know what the laws are pertaining to this? Are they just using scare tactics?
