Illegal activities don't seem to bother them

After months of putting up with thier lies and munipulations by phone and letters They would not listen to facts that they could sue whom they bought a fraudulant balanced account from!

They sued me but never showed up for the hearing and with the information that I had to show to prove they bought an (illegal) fraudulant account District Justice placed my balance at $0.00$

Now Credit bureau refuse to take this off my credit record even thou I sent (faxed them 2 of them) a copy of the notice from the court! They are claiming that they can not except this even thou it is from the court!

What do you call this and they updated thier false info on credit report instead of telling the truth! Deleting this is what should have happened but of course this would be the right thing to do by both portfolio Recovery and by the credit bureas! So How much malarky does one have to go through to get this removed legally now? Do I have to sue the credit bureas to get it removed or what??
