Sears National Bank Claiming I owe them money from over 10 yrs ago. I never had a credit card

I got a call on my cell phone from portfolio recovery saying that i had opened a credit card account in 7/20. I never opened up any credit card account. Now portfolio recovery is saying that they recieved this account on 6/30. Now they are telling me that i owe them money. I tried to tell them that i never had any credit cards. What do i do or can do? Please help.
