I had a credit card with a company, that went into collection. So midland had the account, so when i called midland to pay it off, they told me that they did have the account and a company called, Riddles & Associate has it and you need to call them and pay them, so i said ok.

I called them and payed it, then they deleted off my credit, sounds good right, wrong.

On my credit report midland still has the acount on there and its opened and it goes up very month and i just check my credit and it said that i was a 120 late, and when i call them they said that they dont have the account but every month they record it and it goes up and now its 120 days late.

I can't get a credit card, loan, i cant even get a account anywere, cause a account that been payed is still showing unpaid and going up every month.

I need help bad.
