Atm rip off and didnt get help

Was called by wells fargo bank that there was atm usage. And to call them. When i called them i found out that somebody withdrew 400 dollors from my account. And they used my pin. But the problem was i had my atm card with me.

When i called wells fargo and told them i had my atm card with me. And i didnt lose it. They told me that nobody couldnt get money out unless they use your pin. So they told me that they can not help me. So i lost my 400 dollors.

How bad is it that your bank dosent help. I was robbed. Money that i have in the bank. Somebody copyed my card and stole my pin. And got away free and clear. And i didnt get help from my bank. How many people has this happen to and cant help from there own bank.
