$20 Fee Charged for Overdraft Protection Transfer Between Accounts

In early November I noticed that Wells Fargo Bank withdrew twenty dollars from my account to cover fees for transferring my money from one account to the other. Since overdraft protection is supposed to prevent fees by putting necessary funds into an account from another account, I never dreamed I would be charged a fee for this service.
