We provided consulting and web design services to Don Hagan's company Xi Limited that was owned by himself and his wife Jane McKellar.

When the company failed due to some very dumb thinking and management, they did a runner leaving all supplies to that company unpaid. This includes a couple of factories in China and a range of people in Australia. They fled to the US where they are now involved with the cosmetics company Stila (nice way to tarnish a good brand!).

As they had set up Xi as a Limited operation out of Hong Kong despite being based in Sydney, you can only assume that this was the intent all along. And this apparently is not the first time they have done this kind of thing.

Be very aware of these two as they are not very smart, are self-absorbed and don't care about you as a supplier. They are only interested in making "$20 million" as Don once told us. They feel that they deserve it and you are just fodder for their mill.
