Jane Erlandson spends a lot of time writing negative remarks about companies but she refuses to see that she is not a good customer. She wants company to do work for her but won't sign a contract and makes complaints without facts. She refuses to deal with the company directly but rather, she goes on the internet and posts nonfactual blogs. She has even pretended to be someone else on those blogs. If you google her you'll see that she doesn't have many nice things to say about anyone. Because the BBB did not find anything wrong with our company and the services we provided her, she is on a mission to defame us on the internet. It's unfortunate that she has taken this route rather than dealing with the situation and being a reasonable person.
