Don't ever get a home loan through Chase!

We refinanced our home directly through Chase Home Finance, and not through a mortgage broker, 1 year ago, and they have managed to put other peoples money into our account, reverse our money back out, charge us NSF's that were non-existent and continue to charge us late charges when we pay on time every month, by phone (which they force you to do) because your payment will not ever be received on time if you mail it. It will get lost in the shuffle. We are in the process of suing, and I suggest anyone else going through this do the same, my attorney is also looking into a class action lawsuit against Chase. You may contact me if interested, it's horrible that this bank ruins peoples credit and gets away with it.
