They are telling me i have to pay them 700 for borrowing 200

They supposely put 200 in bank account and was withdrawling 60 every two weeks till paid off and now they say i owe 700 to pay in full and clear it or they were going to call cops and put me in jail. But they had already taken over 300 out of bank account. I want to know who we contact in real life to press chargers against them.
