Rip off

I fell behind on my mortgage and asked for help from them, I was sent out a packet full of forms to fill out. I filled them out and sent them back. The harrasing calls kept comming and I then called them. I was told that it would take 2-3 months for them to make a decision. I was able to make a payment then and was now told that my loan had to remain at least 2-3 month behind for them to help, so now I need to start the process all over again and pay late fees and what not that they are great for.

To make it short, we started it again and waited for them to respond. They responded allright. Threats of forecloser saying that even though I am waiting for them to help they will still foreclose on me. What kind of b.S. SCAM IS THAT? I offered to send them one payment and they refused it saying that I was 3 behind and they wanted all or none. This company needs to be shut down fast. We all need to contact the FTC, BBB, and Attorney Generals office in both your state and Federal.
