How can these criminals get away with this?

We were forced to refinance our home after I became very Ill a angel aka. The mortgage broker told us our payments would be around 850.00 upon leaving closing she walked away with six thousand dollars. It seem like everyone made out well except uis. No payments since day one have been credited to our account yet they report to the credit companies we have defaulted. They now have had us served and we will lose our home. This is the only home I have ever known after moving constantly as a kid.

We brought our babies home from the hospital here.
I begged them to work this out and when I did get a real person they rarely spoke cleaar engllish.
So they will get our home and of course the equity and probably we will get a bill for any remainder fees they can trumph up.

We will start over again fun fun.
Why hasn't any attorney general or a group of us gone after these people.
