Equity Ripoff theiving mortgage forclosure mills

These equity theives have stolen $25,000 of the equity of my home.

They manipulate my credit scores, they wait to apply western union payments to my account so that they can charge fake late fees. Fake inspection fees. They split payments - leaving a shortfall in principle & interest payments. They force forbearance agreements to be signed & returned within 30 minutes - or their offer is nulled. Nobody has the time to read the 12 pages of BS or have time to dispute any of the fake charges - meanwhile - they just tacked on $5,000 in fees & you have to pay it. Fake legal fees, fake inspection fees, fake appraisels, Advances to escrow for amounts MUCH larger than needed for taxes or insurance. Forced place insurance when you have your own policy. They don't send statements, they never send any paperwork that explains any fees charges. You get runarounds when you try to talk to them.

If you are in a forbearance agreement with them - when your 10 months is up - if you next payment does not contain ALL of the fee's that they say you still owe (without them informing you of any) they start foreclosure on you once again.

They have the highest "default" rate for ANY mortgage company or servicer in the United States. They make Fairbanks look like angels&YET THEY WIN. Time after time. Courts don't believe us— they side with EMC everytime - even if you can prove you have made all your payments.

Rico charges could easly be brought against them— yet no lawyers have the guts to go up against such forces. No political leaders are help— they have been bought off.

If you have a mortgage with them&you might as well just walk away now. They will take your home.
