In the process of a Chapter 13, I ran my credit check annualcreditreport.com. From what this is telling me, Cash Call is only reporting what you loaned out and not the total loan. They say I have a credit line of 2600.00 and that I only owe them a recent balance of 2335.00. Where is the 99% interest on this and why is it not showing that amount?
Spoke with my Atty. And they stated Cash Call has to report all monies owed or they chance not getting a dime.
