Vanderbilt Mortgage, unlawful, fraudulent, must be stopped

I have posted several reports on Vanderbilt in the past, since that time, I have experienced most of what you all new posters talk about... increases monthly, without documentation, rude phone calls, threats, all of the roadblocks, and lack of cooperation that you all speak of... I however, stopped paying, in June of I western unioned my june payment to vanderbilt for the regular mortgage amount. Prior to this, I had been making extra payment due to what I had been told an increase, in escrow, then homeowners, then no reason, just pay it...

Well, I didn't they had not provided me with documentation or proof, my file with the dept. Of TN consumer division was closed due to Vanderbilt not responding... Payment histories were provided by Vanderbilt that reflected a 99,000 increase to my principal in my loan started in l998... I had never recieved a payment booklet, I had never recieved any closing docs... They then provided a certificate of title on my double wide, do to the fact that I filed a counterclaim, and response to their foreclosure, that bears my birthdate as 01-01-1901, expiration dates are the same, the address and location of mobile home is not mine, it is not signed, nor bears Vanderbilt as the leinholder info... Cmon, they put my June payment into an overage account rather than posting it as payment, and then started forclosure proceedings. It was months after that they come up with a homeowners doc, that wasn't even valid or in force until august... My payment history shows no escrow acct. Until 2003... What the heck is goin on!

I have been acting pro se and fighting with Vanderbilt since that time, and my trial is this monday... They were granted protective order by the judge from having to answer to my second set of discovery, what???

A multi-million dollar corp. Needs protection from me and my questioning??? Go figure! Vanderbilt!: C'mon, give it up, cuz you can take my property, you can take my double wide, peice of crap carboard house, but you can't take my truths, and you are saying I still owe you??? You don't want to negotiate? Well, then, you may get 20 thousand of the cardboard box, and the property is worth maybe 30 thousand, you claim I have a valid mortgage for 156,000.00 Iv'e tied you up in legal fees, and such for over a year, youll be lucky to get a whopping 10 grand outta this deal, and what? I think that this situation is outta control, why arn't any of us being heard?

Keep Keepin on People, It will take all of us to belly up, before someone listens, and remember Vanderbilt needs protection even from little ole me!!! And I had a judge agree with them, they played that off, because, I was creating too much paperwork, and killin too many trees, and inundating the court with piles of paper... More like piles of evidence... I am scared, as I am a single mother of 5 minors, still at home with me, and the thought of being homeless, is mind boggling, however, with the lord and all of his or hers helpers, I have made it this far, with countless motions, responses, and hearings, under my belt, I did it, and I did it alone...
