I am in the UNITED STATES ARMY currently stationed over seas my card was canceled without notice for no good reason. I feel that I have been taken advantage of becouse I never let cross country bank make money off of me.
I almost always payed my bill in full. It took weeks for them to credit my account but one day to pull it out of my bank account. They called me six times a day saying they wanted their money. Lets not forget the $150 doller fee for getting the card and the fact that they were chargeing me a late fee before I ever even got my first bill.
Then after they canceled my card they demanded payment in full.
I asked them to stop calling they would get there money on the first of the month and he said I should just pay it and then they will stop calling. I can understand once or twice a week but six times a day is a bit much. They were not nice about it. I feel they are unconcerned with there card owners and not very unbuisness like.
