Providian, Washington Mutual Insane Finance Charges
Charging me finances charges every month

I have been struggling paying off Providian aka Washington Mutual for many months now and I had cancelled my account awhile ago. I can't specify a date because it's been so long.

I am looking at my bill right now for 9/11 I had made a payment 8/27/07 of 100.00 and on my statement it states I had made two payments in July for 220.00 however they don't specify I made a payment on 8/27/07 of 100.00 on the bill and they charged me with finance charges once again. Purchase and other charges 74.00 and 40.09 in Finance charges. They state my statement is over limit again for 1592.56 and want me to pay 135.00 after I have made all these payments. My credit limit is 1500.00.

I keep getting calls from them that I am overlimit again and that I must pay but I don't talk to them anymore, they don't seem to listen to me.

9/17 I made a 30.00 payment, 10/10 I made another payment and 10/22 I made another payment, they keep receiving payments from me but keep giving me overlimit fees and finance charges, how am I suppose to be up to date with payments when they keep charging me finance charges and not taking into account I am paying it off.

I don't think this is fair at all.

I also got a bill after the due date. I'm awaiting to receive a bill for this month in the mail and have not received one yet for October. How am I suppose to keep up with these money hungry people. 31.49% for the APR.

I have been locked out of my account for awhile now so they can get me to call them and have them hound me. Apparently online I have been locked out due to excessive failed login attempts and to call customer service 1-800-356-0011.

Prior they also gave me letters apparently being a collection agency I.C. System Inc. One in June and one in July, so I made two small payments to them and I got my payments back. So apparently this seems to me the letters by Washington Mutual aren't legit. I have not received anymore letters from apparenlty I.C. Systems, Inc. On their behalf.

I need help!
