They took 149.50 from my checking account without my authorization

This company, nmb platinum in new jersey, somehow got a hold of my checking account number and routing number and without my permision took 150 dollars from my account, my rent was due and i couldnt pay it because there was less than what i thought was in there. This company really screwd me bad. I called my bank and they said theres nothing they can do while the transaction is pending. Now they say i have to diuspute it and they cant just reverse the charges. Now my family and i are late paying rent and about to get evicted thanks to this lousy bank, both of them, i thought banks were supposed to protect your money, i guess i was wrong. Compass bank is the worst bank ive ever done business with and they seem to think its a chore to help me with this.
