MWI Simple Escapes
They hit my account twice for total $279.90 and I almost got evicted ripoff

Come rent day two months after signing up for a free gas card my account was hit with a pending trasaction. I check my account online and saw the transaction, and called my bank. My bank provided me with the information to contact premeir health and MWI. I called the first number and got nothing more than a recording.

I called the second number which after several tries got through to a rep who then could not even find my account. Finnally after much prodding they found the account. After discussing this with their, "escalation specialist, " He admitted that they had without unauthorization attempted to take out the money.

When asked to contact my bank when a rep was awaiting notification he refused first stating he could not make outgoing calls. After further proding he admitted he could make outgoing calls but wouldn't. At this point i said have a nice day and called my bank bank.

My bank rep was happy to make a 3 way call between us and MWI at 1-800-313-1757. The rep admitted wrong doing and bank said it would halt payment. The next morning they hit my account a second time for 139.95. After contacting my bank, they stated they, by federal law could not stop the second draft, my question is how after they admitted fraud they can commit it again the next day and get away with it. This has cause me to close my accounts, almost get evicted (the money they stole was rent), not to mention the days of stess insued by this fraud. I want this company to pay.
