They told me I qualified for agrant since im receiving social security. It sounded good They took my money and now they are giving me the run around

They call me in May 14 at all i had to paid was $369.00. So i told them at I did have No money In tell the frist of the month. They got the money on the June 4. So I call them on that day and they told me that i would get the paper work in 15 to 20 days. I did get the paper work in july 17. I santed out the paper in July 27 they got the paper on july 30 th. So I been calling them And still no word from them. And I call them today on Sept 24 and they told the same think
