Called me and said that i qualify for a $4,500 grant if i pay $359

On July 10 i received a phone call to say that i'v qualify for a grant$4,500 and i would have to pay $359. On july 13 tyhe $359 was drafted from my checking account and that i should be getting my check in about 72hours. I waited In the month of Sept 13. All this time i have been keeping up with American Standard Financial on the phone, they keep
telling me that i should receive a comfirmation on the phone to go a pick up the check in my city and the date, and the amount. Here it is December 23 I still have not received any thing. Itcould be possible that if i do get a check from the govenment that it would be legitimate.
