Collection company harrassment

Alliance One has been contacting me about an alledge bill for Wachovia Bank. They state a letter was sent to me for collection purposes of the amount of $78. I never received any correspondence from them and requested a copy of the letter that supposively had been sent to me. I immediatley disputed those charges and demanded they stop calling me and requested detailed copies of all alledged bank charges. I also requested that all contact by them be made by correspondence. The letter was sent to them by certified mail. The phone calls stopped for about two weeks, and now they are calling me three times a week, some times three days a day. I refuse to answer the phone and let it go into phone mail. This is blatant harassment. I filed a complaint with the FTC and got the lame computer generated letter. I intent to send another letter to Alliance One, certified, informing them that I will file harassment charges with all state and federal consumer agencies.
