Americas servicing company reported our mortgage 30 days past due when what actually happend is they debeted my bank account twice in two days which made me ahead by two months on my mortgage then when I called and spoke to a manager he was rude and didnt want to help at all. So I told him we would be refinancing to a different mortgage company and like magic the next week when we spoke to our finance guy about refinancing our mortgage he said ASC had reported us 30 days late to all the major bureaus which made it near impossible to get anyone to refinance us.

I guess we are stuck with this company until someone decides to do something about it or put them out of business. This company is dirty DO NOT do business with them! Its not worth it!!
