Stopped $2,200, 000 Construction Loan, Forced Insurance, Placed Payments Suspense, Late Fees, Charged $4,400 Insurance, 30 day late on Credit Report, dropped FICO 100 pts ripoff

This company needs to be stopped. They held my payments until I was 30 days late, forced insurance even though I was covered for the entire year. Because they have not released the 30 day late payment which they did illigally, they have caused my FICO score to drop over 100 points. They have caused me to not be able to fund a $2,200, 000 construction loan because of my FICO score. Even though I faxed them proof of insurance no less that three times, they still refused to take it off my billings.
