Insurance and Escrow Scam Ripoff

My problem with this company is identical to what I have seen in previous reports. We have had ongoing problems with ASC sending notices that our insurance is less than the requirement. This has happened at least a half dozen times. Even the insurance company has told us we are over insured!

The latest is they stripped our escrow account and hiked our mortgage payment to pay the escrow account back. They were supposed to straighten the situation out before I made the next payment - but they have yet to resolve this and they are hitting me with late fees even though they have not made the payment adjustment.

So I paid the hiked up mortgage payment to get it off my back and next thing I know - they send me a collection notice to tell me the payment was late and the next (wrong) payment was due by a certain date or they would continue to assess late fees and report me to the credit bureau.

I rarely lose my cool - but this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with!
