American Servicing Co. Aka Asc BLOODSUCKERS, they are forecloseing on my home. Nobody will help. I PAID THEM THEY WANT MORE Ripoff Frederick Maryland

Forceplaced insurance made my monthly payment come up short. That way they could add up the charges. They lost payments then found them add up some more charges. They wanted $20,000.00 i sent them $14176.53 because i didn. T feel that i owed them late charges or legal fees. They had offered to heilp me. Send them $7900. And pay them $3000. Per month for a year. That was $25,000. More than what they said i owed in the first place. I sent them copies of all the checks that they said they did'nt get. 9 times they always said they never got them. Then i sent overnite, thats right they said they never got them. So i took them to their lawyer he sent them to asc again they said they never got them. Now asc wants $20,000. Plus on top of the money i sent, they will not take a payment only the full amount. I don't have it. I can't find a lawyer to help.
