Ripoff withdrew funds from my checking account without my permission or knowlege

JFYC stole funds from my checking account without my permission or knowledge. I immediately contacted my credit union when I checked my statement online and saw the withdrawl of $110.00. I retrieved a image of the electronic check and phoned the JFYC Number, I spoke with someone that said they were only a clearing house and I would recieve my refund within 10 to 21 business days along with documentation. I phoned again a week later and the same person said that my refund had been processed and was in the mail, I also notified them that they cause me to have two over drafts totalling $50.00, he said to send proof once I receive the documentation and I would receive a refund for the over draft fees. I have not received anything and now they do not answer the phone. I am going to also file a consumer complaint agains them with the Texas Attorney General and I am going to include Bank of America since I think they are not helping resolve this at all. I contacted Bank of America because I recieved an email request to change my online account with BOA accept I do not have one. I applied for one but never completed the tranaction so now I think they are part of this scam.
