Lost $500 on Appraisal Fees After Loan Fell Through

I am a disabled person and wanted to take a home equity loan to tie us over till I can have my disability hearing... Well I paid my money which was 500.00 on my credit card for the appraisal and other fees which I can't believe I did at all I know better...

Well the credit score came back in the high 700s good right? Appraiser comes to the house I get my report it isn't even my home on the report so I call to see what's up I was told there was nothing that could be done and the loan can't go though because the house was only worth 190,000 but if I wanted to pay an MIP they could do it. So I call the guy who came to look at the house and its a bogus number so now I am pissed off... I don't know where our next meal is coming from some weeks and I get this crap...

Well I threatened everybody I could and told them I was going to report the to BBB and they laughed at me... I never got a refund and now I look like an ass I called my card co they said the charge is good because when you open the documents they e mail you you are agreeing to pay 500 for the services... Well we did get our loan and it went ok and guess what my house was worth 230,000 go figure... Don't talk to anyone from this co. And don't give them your credit card info and buy all means don't open any e mail from them...
