Trying to recieve letter showing I PAID OFF account with them. Hangs up on me! Refuses to help! Ripoff

I settled of the Dell Computer consideration through V&E this past year. Personally, I handled a guy called Ozzy Diaz (unsure of spelling on lastname). He ultimately provided me a "negotiation" that was significantly less than to complete stability and so I went forward and manufactured cost. I had been treated it had been all compensated and completed... So I imagined.

Six months later I begin reciving a lot of calls from another collection company saying I owe money to Dell. I described I'd previously compensated anything down and also to show it I'd send them a notice from V&E. I subsequently noticed I never received a notice showing it had been compensated. And so I approached V&E. I talked to Ozzy individually and after many weeks. I suppose they'd to have a program on utilizing a fax machine. They explained they'd send the notice straight to the brand new organization.

Well which was my ignorance and that I mentioned OK. Another organization did claim they received the notice and all was good. TODAY Im getting ANOTHER company contacting saying I owe Dell cash. This time around after I contact V&E I get hungup on. I talked to somebody ultimately and offered them my data and stated would you please send that in my experience. He said not a problem. Cheers for calling and hungup. I havnt given him my fax number however

I don't understand what to complete, another company retains calling and that I described it for them. They stated there has been many grievances on V&E. Properly Whichever happens Im not spending another penny to anybody until it'll assist close the organization along.
